The form collects your name, moving-from suburb, email, phone number, type of move, message and the address of the page you used. It also sends a service-page label and any calculator inventory you selected. One JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 2 MB is optional. Please avoid sending identity documents, payment details, sensitive personal information or photographs of other people without permission.

The form checks the website origin, field lengths, file type and request size. A hidden spam field and rate limiting help reduce misuse. Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, for delivery and abuse prevention; the application hashes the IP and email before using them as rate-limit keys. The Worker does not create a separate lead database or log form contents. Submitted details and attachments are retained in the receiving mail systems for enquiry handling and necessary business records. Access should be limited to people handling the enquiry, with records deleted when no longer required for a lawful purpose.
